Advance Lettings was recommended to me by a friend and it was only a short time after registering with the agency before I realised that here was a business with much to offer. I was truly grateful for the recommendation.

Unlike her many larger counterparts, Sally offers that precious and sadly all too rare commodity her love of what she does. We rented a flat through Advance Lettings for two years and only recently left due to relocating outside of Southampton.

Our initial application was dealt with by Sally very quickly with no issues or delays. The setup fees were also far more reasonable than other agents we had be viewing properties with.

During our tenancy we did have a few standard maintenance issues which Sally responded to and addressed very quickly and at no point did we feel like this was a problem for anyone.

Once we gave our notice that we would be leaving the property Sally remained as friendly and professional as when we were moving in. All viewings for perspective tenants were arranged at our convenience and the checkout process was so quick and easy making moving out very stress free and not left waiting weeks for our deposit to be returned.

 

We would absolutely recommend Advance Lettings and if we ever do return to the area it will be Sally that we get in contact with to look for the next property.
